Aer Club physical card

I have downloaded the Aer Club App but it does not show my Aer Club details etc and the App is not accepted at Check in or VIP lounge - the staff then have to check up membership details etc on line.
Please forward physical cards for myself and my wife Leslie and I also suggest that you routinely provide an image of same as the opening ‘page’ of the App. showing membership tier and expiry date etc.

Won't allow tracking

This app worked for me until recently, now it won't let me turn tracking on through my settings on I Phone, the app is not showing in the tracking area to allow tracking nor is it showing in the area to allow notifications. Thank you for your response today but as mentioned above the Aer Club app is not showing in the area on privacy where all the other apps are showing so it won't let me turn on the tracking. Many thanks for you reply again yesterday I have tried everything that I have been asked to do and as I have already mentioned in my previous 2 messages the Aer Club app is not showing in the tracking section on my phone and when I go into the App and try to shop with one of the retailers the page freezes.

Thanks for your response there was an update on the app last night and it is still not working.

We have made some changes in the latest version of the app, due out early next week, that should hopefully resolve your issue. If you continue to have issues please contact customer services via the web chat feature in the app and we they can investigate further. Thank you for your patience.

Cannot auto fill password

If you auto fill your password when logging in, the sign in button is disabled until you delete and re-enter at least one character. This is an unnecessary annoyance.
